Okay -- anyone have experience with pinched nerves in the neck? This is the second time in six months, where a nerve is pinched. It is a killer, c-7 or c-9 suspected. Taking indocin and flexoril; plus wearing a collar to drive, sleep and fly. It really, is a pain-- ranges from 5 to 8 on that proverbial 10 point scale. Any ideas?

While I view my life as integrated, many who know me do so from only one perspective or view. Thus, this blog has some risks. For clients and colleagues, some postings might be uncomfortable. For friends who know little of my work, there will be well deserved yawning over ideas around universal service or media ownership issues.
Never one to fear to tread where no one else goes – let me put both feet down and start down a new path.
